Capturing culture to build employer brand
Create video content to support Church Mutual’s “Stand for Good” campaign, that feels relatable, accessible, and inspiring for employees and potential new hires.
The marketing team at Church Mutual asked Upswing for video content that supported its new mission, vision, and purpose statements, instilling them in the minds of employees and energizing people around the ethos of the organization. Our team set out to create five anthemic videos that would support the existing “Stand for Good” employee culture campaign — which Upswing also developed — and capture Church Mutual’s caring, customer-oriented culture.
Thanks to our longstanding relationship with Church Mutual, it was obvious that featuring actual employees in the videos was the best way to put company values on display. Church Mutual is filled with bubbly, infectious personalities, so it was a no-brainer to have their employees tell their employees about the culture. The result is a series of fun, down-to-earth videos that put the “Stand for Good” campaign on display — just like the employees we featured do every day, inside and outside of the office.
