At Upswing Creative, pulling pranks and testing out puns are just as much a part of our work as refreshing brands and shooting videos. In fact, having fun is a mandate! Here’s why.
At Upswing Creative, we’ve got four core values that we use to guide everything we do. Previously, we talked about our first value, “Act with Pure Hearts.”
Our second value is one that comes pretty naturally to us, and that’s to “Have Fun.”
We’re a pretty unpretentious, ego-free agency, and we like it that way, so we’re careful to hire employees and freelancers that are a good fit. Overall, we’ve been really fortunate to work with talented and genuinely good people.
We’ve held onto our ping-pong table, even though we’re kind of running out of space, and it’s not unusual for us to be pulling a prank or breaking into song.
If you’ve worked with us, you know we love a good pun, and we’ve usually got our clients laughing within the first few minutes of a meeting or a shoot. However, that doesn’t mean we aren’t serious about what we do.
We work with clients in industrial and essential organizations who create complex, and at times, highly-engineered products and services – so, all jokes aside, we get down to business and take your marketing objectives very seriously.
And, in the end, we think humor’s a really great catalyst for creativity.
